■ Performance：常温下为白色至黄色颗粒状固体。能分散于石油醚、矿物油、植物油中，难溶于甲苯、乙醚及醋酸乙酯，不溶于水、甲醇及乙醇。熔点47-50℃。具有乳化、稳定、消泡等性能，属W/O型乳化剂，HLB值2.1。

■ Use：可用于食品中作为乳化剂。

■ Storage and transportation：阴凉、干燥、通风处，不得与有害物质混放。
