■ Performance：常温下为淡黄色颗粒状固体。高于熔点时，溶于乙醇、甲苯，不溶于冷水，可分散于温水，溶于（轻微混浊）50℃以上的矿物油和醋酸乙酯。熔点54-56℃。具有乳化、稳定、消泡等性能，属W/O型乳化剂，HLB值4.7。

■ Use：可用于食品中作为乳化剂；还用于化妆品、纺织等行业中作为主乳化剂，通常与吐温-60复配使用。

■ Product packaging：复合袋内衬PE内膜袋，25kg/袋。

■ Storage and transportation：阴凉、干燥、通风处，不得与有害物质混放。

■ Application：
