■ Performance：常温下为淡黄色至琥珀色油状液体或膏体。略带苦味，溶于水、乙醇、醋酸乙酯及甲苯，不溶于矿物油及植物油。具有乳化、润湿、起泡等性能，属O/W型乳化剂，HLB值14.9。

■ Use：在食品和化妆品中用作乳化剂，还在各种O/W乳状液中作乳化剂。在纺织业作为油剂和润滑剂。作为乳化剂时常与司盘-60复配使用。
